Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for childhood development and providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
Duties:
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities to stimulate and develop their cognitive, social, and emotional skills.
- Provide basic care such as feeding, diapering, and ensuring a clean environment.
- Implement daily routines to promote structure and consistency for the children.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your care.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience in childcare, nannying, babysitting, or related field.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
- Ability to manage a classroom of children with varying needs and ages.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred but not required.
